I for one am not concerned with Brazilians being in Sudbury to steal 'our' jobs.
The most obvious reason for that is the Criminal Code of Canada. Most Canadians don't know it, which suggests the Brazillians won't either.
If someone was to catch the foreign job thieves doing something that's actually illegal, place them under citizens arrest as allowed by section 494 of the Criminal Code of Canada, then insist that they be deported, there would be an instantaneous demand for skilled local labourers... workers who would, of course, want twice as much per hour at that point in time.
It's really as simple as that in my mind.
